Intellectual property

• Generators, interfaces, and Formuvo content remain the exclusive property of the company.
• Generated models remain your property, subject to any licences or third-party content you use.
• You guarantee you own the rights to any files or images you upload.

User content

You are responsible for the parameters, files, and visuals you upload or share on the platform.

You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to deliver the requested service.

Technical constraints

Pricing and payment

Compliance and best practices

You agree to use Formuvo lawfully and not to generate illicit or dangerous content.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the customer area or by contacting us.

Formuvo may terminate access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
